1. About the service

CS2STATISTICS.COM is a statistics and tracking platform for Counter-Strike 2 community servers, players, groups and teams. It is operated by CENTERMAG SRL, Str. Scarlatescu 27-29, Et. P, Cam. 3, Sector 1, Bucharest, 011158, Romania, company registration code 54935387.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Steam. We never see or store your Steam password. You also provide a backup email address so we can reach you and help you recover your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Steam account and email secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes submitting false or manipulated statistics, manipulating votes or rankings, impersonating other players, servers, groups or teams, harassing others, attempting to access data or accounts that are not yours, and disrupting or overloading the service.

We may remove content, reset statistics, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Servers, groups, teams and bans

If you register a server, group or team, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to manage it. You are responsible for the information you publish about it.

Server statistics and ban lists are public by design. Bans are issued by server owners and their administrators, who remain responsible for them. We may hide or remove entries that are abusive or unlawful.

5. Paid plans

Some features are available only on paid plans. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Details on payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be provided at the point of purchase.

6. Third parties

CS2STATISTICS.COM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and the data accurate, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free statistics. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform.

8. Closing your account

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When changes are significant we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use your account.
